New Delhi: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will make statement in both houses of Parliament regarding accidental firing of a Missile on 9th of this month. In the course of routine maintenance last Wednesday, a technical malfunction led to the Inadvertent firing of a missile that landed in Pakistan. The Government has taken a serious view and ordered a high-level Court of Enquiry.
In the Lower House of Parliament, there will be discussion and voting on the Demands for Grants under the control of the Ministry of Railways for 2022-23.

The Constitution (Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Orders (Amendment) Bill 2022 in Rajya Sabha will be taken up today. It will amend the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950 to omit Bhogta community from the list of Scheduled Castes in relation to the State of Jharkhand and the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 for inclusion of certain communities in the lists of Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Jharkhand.
