Tiruppur: The groundbreaking ceremony for the Cancer Patients’ Rehabilitation Center was held today at the Tiruppur Government Hospital and Medical College, organized by the Tiruppur Rotary and Public Welfare Trust.
Ramraj Cotton Founder-Chairman Mr. K.R. Nagarajan presented a ₹1 crore donation for the center’s construction, received by Tamil Development and Information Minister Mr. M.P. Saminathan and Trust Chairman Dr. A. Muruganathan.
Acknowledging the contribution, Dr. Muruganathan said this generous support has strengthened the project and inspired others to donate.
Minister M.P. Saminathan, Mr. K.R. Nagarajan, and other dignitaries laid the foundation stone for the new building.
The event was attended by Tiruppur District Collector, Corporation Mayor & Deputy Mayor, Mr. Pappies Sakthivel, Rotary executives, leading businessmen, and doctors
