Innovartan, the edtech company redefining competitive exam readiness for school students, is proud to announce the appointment of Ravi Sharmaas its new Chief Technology Officer. Ravi brings a decade of experience in building high-performance tech teams, scaling product infrastructure, and driving deep-tech innovation across global companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Inflection.io, where he successfully established and scaled the Bengaluru office, implemented large-scale data processing through Apache Flink.
Prior to that, Ravi was Vice President of Engineering at Embibe, where he led a 300-member engineering team and played a key role in scaling the platform during a period in which the company raised $300 million in funding. He was also selected as a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneurs First in Paris, a prestigious program backed by Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn), Greylock, and Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund.
At Innovartan, Ravi will lead the technology strategy and innovation roadmap—accelerating the platform’s ability to deliver AI-enabled, school-integrated test preparation solutions that remove students’ dependency on external coaching.
