Rewin Health Launches JADHU — India’s First AI-Powered Daily Life-Skills Platform for Autistic, ADHD, Dyslexia and other Differently Abled Children and Adults
Chennai — Rewin Health, a Chennai-based digital therapeutics company, today officially launched JADHU, India’s first AI-powered daily life-skills platform for differently abled children, teens and adults. JADHU combines AI-personalised daily programming, Virtual Reality based real-world practice environments and real-time physiological monitoring to build everyday skills needed to participate confidently and independently in everyday life. The platform has been clinically validated in collaboration with eight premier medical institutions, special schools and care organisations.
The launch builds on Rewin Health’s landmark statewide study, Mapping the Gap: Differently Abled Care in Tamil Nadu 2026, based on 2,027 respondents and 27 government interviews. The study reveals significant care gaps: 61% of families wait over a year for diagnosis, 74% face severe cost pressures, 72% lack access to structured therapy, and 83% report that therapy gains do not translate into everyday life.
Rewin Health is actively collaborating with healthcare institutions, special schools, and government bodies to integrate digital therapeutics into mainstream support frameworks. Designed for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and other learning differences, JADHU bridges the gap between traditional clinic-based care (B2B) and accessible, home-based support through a scalable B2C model.
To directly address these gaps, Rewin Health announced a landmark initiative: 500 differently abled families across Tamil Nadu will receive free access to JADHU, support and therapy sessions, representing a total community investment of ₹3 crore, funded entirely by the company.
“JADHU exists because too many families in Tamil Nadu are told to wait — for a diagnosis, for a therapy slot, for a professional to have the time to see their child,” said Vijay Karunakaran, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Rewin Health. “Our own study found that 83% of parents say what their child learns in therapy does not carry into daily life, and that 72% of families are not in structured therapy at all. That is not a failure of therapists; it is a failure to give families a structured way to practise. JADHU puts 60 minutes of guided, personalised practice into the home every day, in the situations where independence is actually needed, and gives the therapist objective data on what happened in between. It does not replace clinical diagnosis or professional therapy — it makes both go further.”
Key features of this AI enabled platform:
• A personalised daily programme. After an initial assessment, JADHU generates a fresh session every morning — two 30-minute blocks a day — drawn from a library of more than 200 therapeutic games. A foundational layer builds nine skill domains: cognition, communication, activities of daily living, social participation, visual perception, motor development, focus and attention, sensory regulation, and learning and academics.
• Safe, real-world practice (ADL modules). An application layer lets learners rehearse everyday life scenarios — grocery shopping, travelling on a bus, dining out, handling classroom routines and 40 others— in a setting where getting it wrong carries no cost.
• Flexible delivery, from smartphone to clinical VR. Daily practice runs on an ordinary smartphone or tablet with interactive scenarios. The same phone can be placed in a low-cost JADHU Viewer for a 360-degree environment, and fully immersive sessions on a Meta Quest headset are available at partner clinics, hospitals and schools where a therapist recommends them — so cost, hardware and distance are never the barrier to starting.
• Anxiety regulation with biofeedback. A lightweight wearable sensor tracks physiological signals in real time to detect rising anxiety. When stress peaks, JADHU paces the session down and guides the learner through calming and breathing strategies, fostering independent emotional self-regulation.
• Actionable caregiver and therapist dashboards. Parents receive a short update after every session, a weekly summary of sessions and anxiety trends, a monthly report across all nine skill domains as a shareable PDF, and a six-month before-and-after comparison. Therapists work from a companion app and the same underlying data, keeping therapy measurable, transparent and personalised across homes, schools and clinics.
