Tirurangadi : Aimed at elevating local businesses to the global stage and providing entrepreneurs with clear direction and professional management perspectives, the “Scale Up Your Business” meet, organized under the leadership of Tirurangadi MLA P.M.A. Sameer’s MLA Development Hub, has drawn significant attention. Held at the Kozhichena Live Convention Center, the event witnessed the participation of prominent business experts and local entrepreneurs.
The program commenced around 10:00 AM with an inaugural address by MLA P.M.A. Sameer. In his speech, he highlighted the necessity of modernizing businesses within the constituency and emphasized the importance of growing through a system-driven approach in the contemporary era. This was followed by four topic-specific sessions that offered immense knowledge to the attendees. In the first session on “Governance, Investment, and IPO Readiness,” Ashiq C.S. discussed in detail the proper governance structure required for a business, practical ways to attract new investments, and how to prepare enterprises to raise capital from the public market through an IPO in the future. In the second session on “Leadership,” Riyas Hakeem spoke about the role of strong leadership in creating a favorable environment for business growth, overcoming market crises and challenges, and leading teams efficiently. Renjith Brahma presented the practical methods for transitioning institutions from a person-centric state to professional management systems in the third session. Focusing on the topic “From Founder-Led Enterprises to Professionally Managed Enterprises,” he provided a clear blueprint for making business structures transparent and system-driven.In the fourth session, Isaac C.S. spoke about business market potentials and how to successfully introduce new products and services into the market. Explaining how branding and marketing strategies influence business growth in today’s competitive market, he also highlighted key factors to keep in mind in business. A special panel discussion was also organized for women entrepreneurs. Titled “Women in Business: From Ambition to Impact,” the panel discussion featured prominent women entrepreneurs Sree Lekshmi and Saima Nadeem as esteemed guests, with Shahana Sharthu serving as the moderator. This session provided great inspiration for women aspiring to start their own businesses and grow them successfully. Extensive interactive Q&A sessions were also arranged for the participants after each session, where experts provided precise answers and suggestions to the entrepreneurs’ queries. Successfully concluded, the meet infused new direction and energy into the business sector of the Tirurangadi constituency.
