Selection of talented students for UPSC to be made easier – CM Shri Chouhan

Bhopal :  Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that we will make the selection of talented students easier in the UPSC examination. Arrangements will be made for whatever subject the students want to study. The aim is to ensure that more student from Madhya Pradesh are selected for UPSC.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was reviewing the preparations for the felicitation ceremony to be held on October 13 for the youth selected in UPSC at the Chief Minister’s Residence Hall today. Students preparing for Public Service Commission and other competitive examinations will also be present at the function.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the 37 students selected in UPSC this year are symbols of passion, hard work and strong resolve. These students are also motivators for other youth. The state government will prepare the students for good institutions and important services as well as all the opportunities for competitive examinations along with UPSC. Guidance will be provided to students from specialist teachers and trainers for competitive examinations in banks, army or other fields. Students will be able to meet their expectations when they get tips through experts.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that information should be sought from the students selected in the UPSC preliminary examination on what kind of training they want. At the same time, efforts should be made to ensure that the students are finally selected in the examination. Necessary facilities should be provided for this purpose.

Chief Secretary Shri Iqbal Singh Bains, Additional Secretary Chief Minister Smt. Chhavi Bharadwaj and Commissioner Public Relations Dr. Sudam Khade were present.
