New Delhi: Severe cold wave conditions continued to sweep some parts of Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, north Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Safdarjung in Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 1.9 degrees Celsius, while Lodhi Road recorded 2.8 degrees Celsius this morning. Scientist at India Meteorological Department (IMD) RK Jenanmani said that several parts of North India is also under the grip of fog. Talking to AIR News, Senior PRO of Northern Railway, RK Rana has said that 42 trains are running late due to fog.
