BRAINTREE, JEFFERSON, MA: The Peabody Companies (www.wearepeabody.com), a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 50th anniversary, is pleased to announce that Shalom Njuguna of Jefferson, Massachusetts, has completed all course work and passed a qualifying examination for designation as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM). He will be installed as an ARM during an upcoming Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston event.
The ARM certification process teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully and is widely recognized in the residential property management industry.
Njuguna, who joined The Peabody Companies in February of 2025, is the property manager at The Ledges in Ashland, Massachusetts.
