Bringing over 12 years of experience in hospitality sales, Nikhil joins the leadership team with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, cultivating strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams across competitive markets.
In his new role, Nikhil will spearhead the hotel’s sales strategy, focusing on strengthening market share, enhancing commercial performance, and unlocking new business opportunities across key segments.
Nikhil’s professional journey includes significant tenures with globally renowned hospitality brands such as Marriott International and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, along with experience in luxury real estate with the Lodha Group. This diverse exposure has enabled him to develop a well-rounded understanding of both hospitality and lifestyle-led sales ecosystems. He brings strong expertise across Rooms, Catering, Corporate, and MICE segments, with a strategic approach to planning, budgeting, and market expansion.
Most recently, Nikhil led sales strategy and revenue performance at a luxury golf resort, where he played a key role in driving sustained growth and strengthening the property’s market positioning. Known for his ability to secure high-value business and build long-term client relationships, he has consistently delivered impactful results throughout his career.
