Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center elevates Raees Mulla as Front Office Manager

Bengaluru : Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center has announced the elevation of Raees Mulla as Front Office Manager. Having been associated with the hotel for over four years, Raees moves into the role after steady progression within the front office team, most recently serving as Assistant Front Office Manager.

With over a decade of experience across luxury hospitality brands, Raees brings a strong understanding of front office operations, guest experience, revenue optimisation, service recovery and team leadership. In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s front office operations, including guest services, arrivals and departures, VIP movements, service recovery, operational controls and team development.

Raees joined Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield in 2021 as Front Desk Manager and was elevated to Assistant Front Office Manager in 2023. During his tenure, he has contributed to strengthening front office efficiencies, improving guest satisfaction, streamlining daily operations and mentoring teams across guest facing functions. Prior to joining the hotel, he held key roles at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu and Trident Nariman Point, where he built a strong foundation across reservations, front office operations and luxury guest service.

A graduate in Hospitality Management from Kohinoor College, Mumbai, Raees also holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from BHMS, Switzerland. His professional achievements include graduating from Marriott’s Development Academy, ENVISION, receiving the Marriott 5 Years Service Award, and earning his certification as a Departmental Trainer through The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. These milestones reflect his commitment to continuous learning, people development and service excellence within luxury hospitality.
