SHOW DIRECTOR AND GROOMING COACH LIZA VARMA MAKES HISTORY WITH GROUNDBREAKING MULTI-DESIGNER SHOW AT 78TH CANNES FILM FESTIVAL

Cannes, France: Liza Varma, an internationally recognized Show Director and Grooming Coach, has once again left an indelible mark on the global fashion stage, orchestrating a historic multi-designer show at the prestigious Carlton Cannes during the 78th Cannes Film Festival. In association with LAFC, Varma directed a spectacular showcase featuring an eclectic mix of international talent, solidifying her reputation as a visionary in the industry.

Varma, who famously groomed Miss World 2017 Manushi Chillar and numerous other beauty queens, has been a pivotal force in the fashion world for decades. She has been grooming contestants at Liza Varma Academy since 2000 and serving as a Show Director since 1999. A respected industry member of the Fashion Design Council of India since 2008, Varma is celebrated for her groundbreaking achievements.

Notably, Liza Varma remains the only Show Director in the history of fashion to have successfully managed French European Indian Fashion at the iconic Eiffel Tower in Paris in 2016. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch Jashn Toronto in 2018, a pioneering fashion week that introduced renowned Indian designers such as Anju Modi, Shyamal & Bhumika, and Sulakshana Monga to the Canadian market through B2B and B2C exhibitions. This initiative also featured Mohey Manyavar, which subsequently opened 32 stores across Canada.
