SP Jain Global earns CFA Institute University Affiliation for its Master of Applied Finance and Wealth Management
Mumbai : SP Jain School of Global Management announced today that its Master of Applied Finance and Wealth Management (MFWM) program has been granted the CFA Institute University Affiliation, a global recognition awarded to finance programs whose curricula demonstrate strong alignment with the standards of the CFA Institute.
The CFA Institute University Affiliation is awarded to institutions whose degree program curricula incorporate at least 70% of the CFA Program Candidate Body of Knowledge (CBOK)—the framework of competencies, ethics, and analytical skills that underpin the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. The affiliation places the MFWM among a select group of finance programs worldwide that reflect the professional and ethical standards expected by leading investment firms and financial institutions globally.
As part of the affiliation, MFWM students are also eligible for scholarships awarded by the CFA Institute.

The MFWM curriculum has been developed in close consultation with industry practitioners and is designed to build both conceptual foundations and applied capability. Through portfolio simulations, live case analyses, and research-driven coursework, students develop the analytical depth and strategic perspective required to work effectively in real-world financial environments. The curriculum’s alignment with the CBOK also supports students in their preparation for the CFA examination.
The program is delivered across two campuses—Mumbai and Dubai—exposing students to distinct financial ecosystems and building their understanding of global markets. It enables them to develop a nuanced understanding of global markets while building expertise across asset allocation, equity research, fixed income, derivatives, risk management, and wealth advisory. This approach supports CFA exam readiness and enhances long-term career mobility across international financial centres.
