Students display their mastery of vocabulary at the 2nd Narayana Annual SpellBee Competition
The Narayana Group of schools, Karnataka, just concluded its State-wide Annual SpellBee competition. The aim of the competition was to improve students’ vocabulary , punctuation, and a general understanding of the English language. Over 11,500 students, across 3 age categories, participated in this mammoth competition. Students went through a written test , school level and cluster level competition to qualify for the finals.
The Grand Finale was held on 18th September 2021 at Sri Vari Convention Centre , Utharahalli. Mr. Vinay Mudaliar , renowned SpellBee and Quizmaster hosted the event. The occasion was graced by Dr. P. Sindhura, Managing Director of the Narayana Group. 18 students qualified for the finals. The students displayed a phenomenal grasp of vocabulary and punctuation as they provided the right answers to virtually every word asked by the host.
The following students were crowned Narayana SpellBee Champions 2021 – 22 in their respective categories.
Master Amulya Kabra – Seniors
Master Divyesh Dev Goswami – Juniors
Master Agraj Anand Mahale – Sub – Juniors
Dr. Sindhura expressed her admiration for the skill on display and congratulated the students on their efforts and success.
