This April, Café 77 East at Taj Bangalore presents a refined West Coastal Brunch of India, bringing together the vibrant flavours of the Konkan coast, Kerala, and beyond in a sun-soaked, leisurely setting.

The menu offers a seamless blend of coastal classics and contemporary creations—from Konkan-style seafood grills and Guntur-spiced appetisers to Kerala-inspired street favourites like Ayyo Idli Chaat. Signature dishes such as Pork Vindaloo, Chicken Cafreal, Kombdi Cha Rassa, Kolhapuri Mutton, and Trincomalee Prawn Curry with red rice are complemented by inventive touches like Ghee Roast mushrooms served in sourdough and Vada Pav sliders.

A thoughtfully curated dessert selection featuring Kobbari Rasmalai, Tender Coconut Mousse with jaggery caramel, and Basque Cheesecake with seasonal compotes brings the experience to a close, alongside a selection of signature beverages.
