Targeted Individual Community Hosts Peaceful Protest at Jantar Mantar Against Mind Manipulation and Electronic Harassment
New Delhi: The Targeted Individual (TI) community in India organized a peaceful protest today at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, to raise awareness about the covert use of wireless satellite mind manipulation technologies and electronic harassment. The protest aimed to highlight the severe impact of Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM), Directed Energy Weapons (DEW), Synthetic Telepathy, V2K (Voice-to-Skull), and gangstalking, which is also known as “community stalking.” These technologies are reportedly destroying the lives, relationships, and well-being of innocent people, both in India and around the world.
The protest called for an immediate halt to these illegal practices, which have caused widespread psychological, physical, and social harm. Victims, referred to as Targeted Individuals (TIs), suffer extreme mental and emotional distress, health problems, and social isolation. The event was a rallying cry for public security, demanding action to dismantle these systems and safeguard human rights.

Organizers of the protest emphasized that TIs are often unwilling participants in experimental programs, originally developed under the CIA’s MK-Ultra project, which have since expanded globally. These programs use advanced technologies to control and manipulate individuals, causing significant harm. Tools like RNM, DEW, and V2K allow remote control of a victim’s mind and body, affecting their thoughts, speech, actions, and physical health.
Protesters also highlighted the physical damage caused by these technologies, including burns, tissue damage, and heart issues due to directed energy attacks from satellites and cell towers. The protesters raised concerns about subliminal manipulation used to control people, contributing to a broader system of mental manipulation. Gangstalking, or organized harassment, was described as a coordinated effort to sabotage the social and professional lives of TIs, isolating them from their communities.
Participants stressed the global scale of the problem. Various intelligence and military agencies, including the CIA and FBI, have allegedly created international networks to carry out these activities. Thousands of TIs are believed to be affected in India, with millions suffering worldwide, facing non-stop electronic assaults and tracking.
Medical professionals, government scientists, and whistleblowers have confirmed the existence and operation of these programs, providing credible evidence of the harm they cause. The protest organizers urged authorities to take immediate steps to stop these illegal practices and protect the human rights and dignity of all citizens.
The peaceful demonstration concluded with a call to action, demanding the dismantling of the technologies and weapon systems used for covert mind manipulation and harassment.
