While addressing the inaugural session Dean Academics, Dr.Yogesh Chandra said “ A teacher’s role is transforming from a knowledge provider to a knowledge facilitator and counsellor because of the abundant information that’s easily available online. Every year, teaching becomes more challenging with the students becoming more restless and energetic.  So, it is quite a bit challenging for the teaching fraternity to grab their attention. As we step forward toward digitalization, dependency on class room teaching is reducing but the emotional connection between teachers and students cannot be replaced with technology. Teaching aids are just one method that we use to encourage teachers to invest more in their lessons, so that students can easily understand the concept with deep knowledge.

Boosted by the inspiring address, an exhibition is held and charts, models and other teaching aids prepared by the students are displayed for awards. The judges from other departments of the university evaluated the models as well as the wall paintings and selected the winners. The students of BED second year (Bhupendra Singh and Rahul) got First position in Model Making. Students of BEIED third Year (Vaidehi, Khushi, Neelam, Prerak, Ishika and Pranjal) got first Position in Wall painting.

Chancellor of Sanskriti University, Sachin Gupta said “teaching is a dedication and a commitment towards encouraging students for the betterment of their future.  I congratulate the proud staff of the School of Education and students for this success.
