Telangana Builders Federation praises New Revenue act and TS B-PASS

The Telangana Builders Federation (TBF) appealed tothe Government to include the RERA applications to inTS B-PASS. Speaking at the 5thAnnual General Meeting of the TBF in Hyderabad on Monday, Mr. C Prabhakara Rao, President, TBF said New Revenue Act and TS B-PASS bills are going to help the citizens and it is really appreciated by the Builders and Individuals.Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Rao complimented the State government for its industry friendly initiative.

Addressing the TBF annual meeting, Minister for IT and MA & UD, K T Rama Rao, said that government is determinedly pursuing the goal of making Hyderabad a Global City within the next three years. A clutch of infrastructure projects like S.R.D.P. under which we are building Flyovers, Underpass and link roads, which can bring down the load of the traffic on main roads. For the convenience of the Citizens and the organizations, we have brought The New Revenue Act and TS B-PASS.The Motto of the Government in bringing the New Revenue Act and TS B-PASS is to eradicate the corruption.

Speaking on the occasion, K T Rama Rao said that, recently the city was flooded with heavy rains, it was just because of the encroachments on Nalas and existing Sewerage system, which can take only 2mm rainfall per day. Very soon we will be bringing the New GHMC Act to curb encroachments and unauthorized constructions for which we are in discussion with Legal experts on the same. As we have taken the steps to improve the link roads, Flyovers, Underpasses to ease the traffic and bringdown the travel time in the city under S R D P, in the same way we need to spend around 15 to 20 thousandcrore to modernizes the Nalas, Sewerage system in the city under the new initiative planned “Strategic Nala Development plan”

Since assuming power, our government has already fixed inadequate power and potable water issue. Major flyover projects and white topping of important roads in the city will take the Hyderabad closer towards emerging as a Global City,” Rama Rao said.

K T Rama Rao appealed to the citizens to take part in Elections and vote in a big way to strengthen the democracy.
