Known for its craft beers BrewDog is hosting a month-long celebration of delicious pizza creations that promises to be a treat for food enthusiasts and pizza lovers alike. The Pizza Festival at BrewDog is a culinary extravaganza that showcases an exclusive curation of 9 exotic pizzas, carefully crafted with premium ingredients and innovative flavors. From classic favorites to unique gourmet combinations, there will be something to satisfy every palate.
For Vegetarians, the menu includes Spartan Pizza Pie, a combination of Artichoke, Broccoli in Olive & Zucchini Crème Sauce with Feta Specks, Bocconcini & Gold Dust. Yalla Habibi Pizza with Grilled Cottage Cheese, Bocconcini, French Fries & Garlic Aioli drizzle in Tahina sauce, Magic Shrooms is another favorite with Sautèed Assorted Mushrooms, Olives & Bocconcini in Mushroom & Thyme Sauce. We have other varied options to try on the vegetarian menu apart from these.
Non – Vegetarians, can indulge in options like Pepperoni Avalanche with Heaped Pepperoni, Bocconcini & Chili infused Bacon & Honey Aioli, Messy Hangover is another pick with Baked beans & Pomodoro Sauce, Chicken, Pork Sausage & Bacon. For seafood lovers we have Fruits of the Sea with Lobster, Crab, Prawns, Fried Capers, Fried Garlic Slices, Chives & Bocconcini. For those whose taste buds call for Thai, Swadika Thai Pizza has Thai Herbed Chicken, Jalapenos with Tamarind & Sriracha Sambal Sauce.
“The idea was to break away from the conventional pizzas and explore diverse cooking techniques for the toppings, combining them to create extraordinary & larger than life pizzas.” Said Roshan Seth, Corporate Chef at Brewdog. “The premium ingredients like Lobster, Crabs, Gold Dust, Artichokes, etc to extend a heavenly pizza indulgence! We have played with Mangalorean Ghee Roast or Curry leaves, and Chillies to bring in an Indian tadka and make it appetizing to the Indian taste palette. I must admit, it is one of my personal favorites! The classic English breakfast on the pizza comes true in the form of a Messy Hangover – a unique take and explosion of flavors! Every pizza has a story.” He added.
