Extending this philosophy into live performance, Bangalore’s live music circuit now welcomes The Unplugged Stage, a new series at 33&Brew, Brookefield, centered on intimate performances by artists who bring depth, improvisation, and storytelling to the stage.
The debut edition features Jatayu, a Chennai-based band known for blending Carnatic roots with psychedelic jazz, rock, and groove-driven improvisation. Their sound moves seamlessly from classical ragas into expansive contemporary soundscapes, creating a live experience that feels both rooted and forward-looking.
Having performed at global platforms such as Fuji Rock (Japan), Wonderfruit (Thailand), and AXEAN Music Festival (Singapore), the band brings an internationally seasoned perspective to the stage.
