Kokrajhar: In continuing operation against illegal drugs, Kokrajhar police today arrested three more drugs peddlers with illegal drugs from Kokrajhar town.
Kokrajhar DSP Punnam Pegu said based on input, an operation was carried out at Tengapara area in Kokrajhar town where the three youths were apprehended.
The arrested youths were identified as Gwjantao Narzary, Kennedy Brahma and Sagar Daimary. All are stated to be college students.
Rs 15000, two syringe, 11 container containing suspected heroin and seven empty containers were recovered from them.
So far 1o drugs peddlers have been arrested in the district in the last three months.
She said operation against illegal drugs will continue.
