Gurugram: Reaffirming its commitment to workforce welfare and responsible development, TREVOC hosted a Reward & Recognition programme at its TREVOC Royal Residences project site, honouring safety workers, foremen and ground staff for their dedication, discipline and contribution to safe and responsible project operations.
The programme was organised as part of TREVOC’s CSR and workforce welfare initiatives, with a deliberate focus on acknowledging the often-overlooked contributions of frontline personnel — the people who play a critical, daily role in shaping the built environment. It underscored the company’s emphasis on dignity of work, workplace safety and employee well-being, while reinforcing a culture in which every individual’s contribution is recognised and valued.
Prahlad Dalal, Vice President – Projects, TREVOC Group, said, “Responsible development is not only about the buildings we create, but also about the people who bring them to life. Our site personnel work every day with dedication and commitment, often away from the spotlight. Recognising their contribution is an important part of our responsibility towards their welfare and dignity. Through initiatives like these, we want to reinforce that every individual matters — and create greater awareness around safety, care and responsible practices at the workplace.”
The initiative is part of TREVOC’s broader CSR-led workforce engagement strategy, aimed at building an inclusive, respectful and safety-conscious work environment across its project sites. By spotlighting frontline teams and championing their well-being, the company continues to make clear that responsible real estate development must extend beyond physical infrastructure — to the people, communities and workforce that make it possible.
