New Delhi: One of India’s leading Legal Firm VERTICES PARTNERS recently advised the Promoters and Promoters Group of Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited on the company’s proposed initial public offering (IPO), intended for a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹4,278.90 million [USD 44.58 million]. The transaction highlights a noteworthy capital markets engagement for VERTICES PARTNERS with its long-standing clients.

The proposed IPO will provide Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited with an opportunity to access the public capital markets as it looks to bolster its position in the glass manufacturing sector. The proposed fresh issue showcases a notable step in the company’s expansion journey and its entry into the larger public-market investor base.

The transaction was led by Vinayak Burman, Founder and Managing Partner, Vertices Partners, with Partner Vishal Mehta and Associate Darshan Chheda also advising on the engagement.

The book running lead managers (BRLMs), IIFL Capital Services Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, were represented by JSA Advocates & Solicitors. The JSA team was led by Partners Arka Mookerjee, Parcheta Bhattacharya, Anshul Bansal and Kairav Parikh, with Senior Associate Vatsla Varandani and Associates Palak Karundia, Aditi Khandal and Sharad Panwar forming part of the team.
