New Delhi : Wadhwani Foundation and Le Rythme, a Trust incorporated under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, headquartered in C.R. Park, New Delhi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly deliver an Employability Skills (ES) program aimed at transforming placement outcomes for students across vocational and skill-based learning institutions. The partnership commits to training over 700 students annually, equipping them with the skills, confidence and readiness that employers today actively look for — and that traditional academic curricula rarely cover.

The 75-hour Employability Skills (ES) program under this MoU is designed to directly address that gap. Students will build capabilities across core areas including effective communication, interview preparedness, resume writing, workplace etiquette, critical thinking, and team dynamics. The curriculum is structured to be practical and measurable, with outcomes tied directly to improved placement performance.

Dr Rajib Mukhapadhyay, Co-Founder & Trustee of , Le Rythme, said, “This partnership gives our students access to a structured, outcome-driven framework that directly addresses the employability gap. The program will be a meaningful addition to their academic journey. “

A Faculty Orientation Program is also scheduled from April 20 to 22, 2026, bringing together faculty and program leads to align on curriculum delivery, pedagogy and student assessment. The orientation reflects both organizations’ focus on implementation quality — ensuring the 700+ students trained each year receive consistent, high-standard instruction.

The collaboration is aligned with Wadhwani Foundation’s broader mission of accelerating job creation and improving employment outcomes across India by embedding practical, skills-based learning within academic institutions. Mr. Sunil Dahiya, Executive Vice President, Wadhwani Foundation, noted, “Institutions like Le Rythme are critical to how employability skills actually reach students. This MoU reflects our commitment to building those bridges where the need is real and the intent is clear. “
