In West Bengal, polling is underway for by-elections to Naoda and Kandi assembly seats of Murshidabad district.
Over 15 per cent polling has been recorded in the first three hours.
Over 4 lakh 50 thousand electorates will decide the political fate of 10 candidates.
The seats were fallen vacant following the resignation of Congress MLAs after joining the ruling Trinamul Congress.
