Hyderabad: India Yamaha Motor (IYM) Pvt Ltd., organised an exclusive Track Day event for its customers, at the Chicane Circuit, Shameerpet in Hyderabad on Nov 4-5, 2023. The event, organised as part of the exciting “The Call of The Blue” brand campaign, witnessed an enthusiastic participation of around 200 Yamaha owners and more than 500 ardent Yamaha fans from Hyderabad and nearby areas, making it an extraordinary success.
The Track Day event provided Yamaha owners with a wonderful opportunity to experience the thrill of riding their own Yamaha motorcycles on the state-of-the-art Chicane Circuit, Shameerpet in Hyderabad. Participants at the Yamaha Track Day got the chance to explore the dynamics of lean angles, high-speed cornering, precise braking, and body movement, while also discovering the benefits of advanced features such as quick shifters and traction control systems available on their machines.
In addition, the spectators were treated to a mesmerising display of the existing R series motorcycles, known for their track-focused performance and cutting-edge technology. The MT series on the other hand stood tall, showcasing a range of muscular and aggressive streetfighters that have garnered a dedicated following among urban riders. Not just that, the enthusiasts also got an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming YZF-R3 and MT-03, two highly anticipated additions to Yamaha India’s lineup that promise to redefine the standards of performance and style in their respective categories.
The Track Day event allowed Yamaha customers to unlock the true potential of their motorcycles and gain valuable insights into the differences between track riding and regular road riding.
