YOGa Clean Air Raises INR 20 Cr, Led by Info Edge Ventures, with Backing from Deepinder Goyal and Three Words Capital

New Delhi: Most people in India have come to accept poor indoor air—at home, at work, in their children’s schools, and even in hospitals. Near-zero indoor pollution is often treated as an ideal rather than something that can work in a real Indian home or building. YOGa Clean Air has spent the last several years quietly proving that assumption wrong.

The company today announced that it has raised INR 20 crore in funding, led by Info Edge Ventures, with participation from Deepinder Goyal, founder of Zomato/Eternal, and Three Words Capital.

The round marks a milestone for a team that has grown almost entirely through customer referrals and word of mouth, without conventional marketing spend. YOGa’s clean-air systems now protect more than 5,000 families and serve leading schools, hospitals, corporate offices, gyms, and homes across 11 Indian cities. The company was built on a simple belief: clean air should not depend on where you live, work, or study, and no one should have to upend their life because the air outside is toxic.

While much of the air-quality industry sells standalone purifiers that clean one corner of a room, YOGa treats the entire indoor space as a single system. Its Clean Air Bubble technology filters incoming air and maintains the space at a slightly higher pressure than outside—creating a gentle, invisible barrier that keeps polluted air out while managing carbon dioxide so the air stays fresh, not merely filtered. YOGa’s systems have brought indoor air quality down to single-digit levels even when outdoor pollution has crossed 900 µg/m³—more than 60 times the WHO’s safe limit—while keeping CO₂ in check.

Commenting on the announcement, Sachin Panwar, Co-founder & CEO, YOGa Clean Air, said: “No one should have to shift their homes because of air pollution. Every system we install is a commitment to the people inside that space, to the air they breathe, and to the belief that clean air in India is not a privilege but a right. This funding lets us bring that belief—and the same safe, clean air bubble—to many more homes, schools, and hospitals across the country.”

YOGa also reports a 100% renewal rate on its annual maintenance contracts—an exceptional level of customer retention that reflects how deeply families and institutions value the product once they experience it. The company is already present in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and other cities, serving homes, schools, hospitals, offices, and gyms alike.

“YOGa has built a differentiated technology platform in a large and increasingly important market, with strong evidence of product-market fit. Its referral-led growth, customer retention, and operating track record stood out to us. We are excited to partner with the team as they scale across India and beyond,” said Chinmaya Sharma, Partner at Info Edge Ventures.

With this funding, YOGa plans to deepen its presence in the cities it already serves, expand into new Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, and extend its systems into public transport and other outdoor environments.
