Dalcore Awards Construction Contract Worth INR 225 Crore to B.L. Gupta Construction for its Luxury Project ‘The Falcon’
Gurugram : Dalcore, a new-age luxury real estate developer, has awarded a construction contract worth INR 225 crore to B.L. Gupta Construction (P) Ltd for its flagship luxury residential development, The Falcon Golf Course Road in Sector 53, Gurugram. The appointment marks a significant milestone in the development of what is positioned as North India’s first YOO-branded residences, bringing together world-renowned design, architectural excellence, and premium construction expertise. With an estimated revenue potential of approximately Rs 1,450 crore and a total development value of around Rs 500 crore, The Falcon by Dalcore represents the company’s entry into Gurugram’s rapidly evolving luxury residential market.
Spread across nearly 2 acres, The Falcon comprises a single iconic residential tower with approximately 5 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area. The development will house 96 ultra-luxury residences, including 93 exclusive apartments and 3 penthouses, with residences ranging from 3,446 sq. ft. to 4,122 sq. ft. Planned as a 39-storey tower rising up to 165 metres, the development is set to become one of the tallest residential landmarks on Golf Course Road. Under the contract, B.L. Gupta Construction (P) Ltd will undertake the civil and structural construction works for the development, leveraging its extensive expertise in delivering large-scale premium real estate projects.

Developed in partnership with YOO Inspired by Starck, the internationally acclaimed design brand founded by visionary entrepreneur John Hitchcox and celebrated designer Philippe Starck, the project will introduce a globally benchmarked living experience to the NCR and beyond. Architectural planning is being led by renowned international firm UHA London, ensuring a seamless integration of iconic design, functionality, and contemporary luxury. The Falcon will feature a double-height clubhouse strategically positioned between the podium and tower, complemented by a curated suite of lifestyle amenities including an infinity pool, wellness and fitness centre, spa, yoga studio, library, residents’ lounge and café, landscaped podium gardens, sports facilities, and a 360-degree jogging track.
