Carrum Mobility, a B2B fleet management technology-led mobility platform, today announced that it has raised USD 10 million (approximately INR 96 crore) in a Series B funding round led by Uber. The investment marks the second tranche of Uber’s investment in Carrum Mobility, following its initial investment of USD 7 million in January 2026. Building on Carrum Mobility’s performance and execution since the first investment, Uber has deepened its commitment to support Carrum Mobility’s next phase of growth. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate expansion across existing and new geographies, strengthen the company’s technology platform, scale operations. The investment will also support the continued growth of both Carrum Mobility’s core mobility offerings and Uber Black services across India.

Since the previous investment in January’26 by Uber, Carrum Mobility has nearly doubled its business, driven by growing demand for premium mobility solutions and a technology-first operating model.

Today, Carrum Mobility operates a fleet of over 5000 vehicles as of September’26 across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Kolkata, with Chennai expected to go live in September’26. The company has onboarded over 18,000 driver partners.

Carrum Mobility has remained profitable since its very first month of operations, and in just around two years, has built a business operating at an annualised revenue run rate of approximately INR 400 crore. Achieving this scale while maintaining profitability is a testament to the strength and scalability of its business model.

Karan Jain, Founder & CEO, Carrum Mobility, said: “Uber’s continued investment is a positive reflection of the business we’ve built and the opportunity ahead. As on date, we have nearly doubled the scale of our business since the last funding round while remaining consistently profitable. This fresh capital will enable us to expand into new geographies, strengthen our technology platform, grow our team and continue delivering a differentiated premium mobility experience for customers while creating greater earning opportunities for our driver partners.”

Aditya Kapoor, Director, Supply, Uber India and South Asia, said: “Carrum Mobility has demonstrated exceptional execution, operational discipline and a strong focus on customer experience. We are pleased to deepen our partnership through this investment and support the company’s continued expansion of its premium mobility and Uber Black services across India. This will help us bring more high-quality vehicles onto the Uber platform, strengthen our premium offering and deliver an even better experience for riders, while creating more earning opportunities for drivers.”

Technology continues to remain central to Carrum Mobility’s growth strategy. The company leverages advanced technology and data-driven operations to optimise fleet utilisation, improve driver productivity and deliver a seamless customer experience.

With this latest funding, Carrum Mobility plans to expand its footprint across India, strengthen its presence across existing markets and continue investing in technology and talent.
