A-One Steels India limited makes Strong debut On BSE & NSE

Hyderabad: A-One Steels India Limited (“ASIL”), a Bengaluru-headquartered backward/vertically integrated steel manufacturer, made a stellar stock market debut today. The stock was listed at ₹462/- on BSE at a premium of 14.07% and at ₹455/- on NSE at a premium of 12.35%, against the price band of ₹405/-.

A-One Steels India IPO, which closed for subscription on Monday, September 28, 2026, recorded 12.01 times subscriptions (ex-Anchor) until the final day of bidding, garnering bids worth over ₹3,47,986 lakhs.

The IPO comprised a Fresh Issue of equity shares of face value of ₹10 each aggregating up to ₹35,500 lakhs by the Company and an Offer for Sale of equity shares of face value of ₹10 each aggregating up to ₹5,000 lakhs by the Promoters of the Company, Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Mr. Sunil Jallan and Mr. Krishan Kumar Jalan, through book-building route.

PL Capital Markets Private Limited and Khambatta Securities Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers (“BRLMs”), and Bigshare Services Private Limited is the Registrar to the Offer.

The price band for the issue was fixed at ₹385 – ₹405 per share. The company raised ₹40,500 lakhs at the higher end of the price band from the offering.

A-One Steels India Limited proposes to utilize ₹25,000 lakhs from the Offer proceeds for pre-payment or partial re-payment of a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company and deploy remaining funds for general corporate purposes and offer expenses.
