A Toast to One Remarkable Year: Yàn Yǎn Celebrates with a Month-Long Culinary Festival
One year ago, Yàn Yǎn opened its doors with a vision to bring the artistry and soul of modern Chinese cuisine to Bengaluru.
As the restaurant celebrates its first anniversary, it invites the city to join a month-long culinary showcase that honours the journey, the people behind it, and the guests who have made it possible.
At the heart of the celebrations is an exclusive Six Hands collaboration featuring Chef Kevin, Chef Choy and Chef Tenzin. Created as a tribute to the chefs who have shaped Yàn Yǎn’s story, the specially curated menus bring together their distinctive culinary styles through signature dishes such as Chef Kevin’s Crunchy Prawn in Pumpkin Sauce, Chef Choy’s Jem Jade Dumpling and Chef Tenzin’s Bird Eye Egg White Seafood Soup.
The experience continues with dishes including Lamb Loin in Chilli Ginger Scallion Sauce and River Prawn in Toban Black Bean Sauce, culminating with Yàn Yǎn Darshan and Black & White Sesame Balls. Adding to the festivities, Chef Fu Lei from JW Marriott Pune presents a selection of his signature creations from 10 July – 12 July 2026.
Guests are treated to a complimentary Prosperity Bao at the end of their meal, while weekend brunches feature live dim sum and Cantonese roast duck stations.
