All apex bodies co-ordination Committee demands for Life imprisonment to Babu Chetri and lbuhing Kuame

Haflong : Demanding for Life imprisonment to Shri Babu Chetri and Shri lbuhing Kuame, accused in connection with the shooting at Shri Rupam Dibragede, Inspector, Food and Civil Supplies & Consumers Affairs Hafiona, on the 1st of Dec. 2018, the All Apex Bodies Co-Ordination Committee (AABCC), Haflong, submitted a representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Haflong, Dima Hasao Dist. Assam on Wednesday.
The signatories of All Apex Bodies Co-Ordination Committee, Dima Hasao, a conglomeration of 13 (Thirteen) Tribes and 6 (Six) non-Tribes Communities’ Apex Body of Dima Hasao Dist. on behalf of the people of Dima Hasao Dist. and Peace loving people living maintained the incident that took place on the 1st of Dec. 2018, in which Shri Rupam Dibragede, Inspector, Food and Civil Supplies & Consumers Affairs Dept.was shot at by the Miscreants on broad Day light from a close range with lethal weapon in his Office Chamber, near Haflong Govt. College, Haflong, has rocked the sensation of the Peace Loving people of Dima Hasao District that made everyone fear psychotic once again.
As knoen from different media sources, the heinous crime committed on that day was carried out by hiring dreaded Killer which was funded by dreaded Criminal Babu Chetri and Ibuhing Kuame. This is highly condemnable by every section of civilized society. Feared that the culture of funding and hiring of Dreaded Killers with money power to eliminate any one to achieve his/her purpose may get deep rooted and become the Crime culture in near future in our Dist. Sir, we, therefore, to eliminate once and for all the sprouting of poisonous design sown by dreaded Criminals Babu Chetri and lbuhing Kuame in our peaceful Dist. before it gets deep rooted in the civil Society and left with no place to be the future Crime culture in our Society and District besides making all possible condemns with no words left to alter for such anti-social and inhuman activities they demand Life imprisonment to the dreaded criminals Shri Babu Chetri and Shri lbuhing Kuame, which will be implied as a sign of frightening reward for any criminals and to anyone who ever thinks of such things in the coming days.
The All Apex Bodies Co-Ordination Committee will always stand firm to condemn and resist from the highest level at any cost. Further Sir, we the signatories respect this “Justice Seeking Memorandum” as any “Holy Book of Almighty God”, do solemnly assure you on behalf of our respective community to render all legal helps when and where ever needed to defeat the anti-social activity/activities to pave the way for the healthy growth of our Society in every fields and contribute Good Will to
