GUWAHATI : Assam Pavilion has been awarded Silver Medal as the 2 nd Best Pavilion among all the States and Union Territories in the 40 th India International Trade Fair (IITF) at New Delhi today. IITF-2021 which commenced on 14 th November and ended yesterday. The theme for this year’s event was ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat – a Self-Reliant India’. Md. Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Union Minister of Minority Affairs, Government of India ceremonially conferred the award to Assam Pavilion. The Gold Medal has been awarded to Bihar, while Bronze medal has been awarded to Kerala.
