Mumbai – Dome at InterContinental Marine Drive introduces Bao Yun, a limited-edition menu experience available from 26th June to 20th July 2026. At a time when few places in the city are creating an experience dedicated completely to baos, Dome brings together a bold, flavour-forward menu celebrating the versatility of the iconic Asian staple through inventive combinations, elevated cocktails, and a rooftop setting unlike any other in Mumbai.
Known for its sweeping Marine Drive views, intimate ambience, and sunset-to-late-night energy, Dome remains one of Mumbai’s most iconic rooftop destinations. With soft lighting, sea breeze, and a relaxed sophistication, the space sets the perfect backdrop for cocktails, conversations, and leisurely dining experiences.
The cocktail menu features the earthy Shroom Martini with mushroom-infused Ketel One Vodka, cacao nib syrup, and cold brew; the refreshing Sweet Lemonade with Tanqueray Gin, lychee, yuzu, sake, and soda; the bold Kimchini with kimchi-infused vodka and homemade limoncello; the floral and aerated Scented with jasmine tea, tuberose tincture, elderflower, and sake; and the vibrant Sesame & Basil Smash with Ketel One Vodka, basil syrup, pineapple, lime, sesame, and vegan foam.
The food menu centres around an indulgent selection of baos that combine comfort with contemporary Asian influences. The vegetarian selection includes the Thai Crunchy Vegetable Bao tossed in burnt chilli sauce, Pumpkin, Bok Choy & Kimchi Bao with roasted pumpkin and green kimchi, and the earthy Truffle Wild Mushroom Bao layered with oyster mushroom sauce and truffle – the menu offers a range of flavour-forward creations.
Non-vegetarian highlights include the Hoisin Pulled Chicken Bao, Roasted Barbeque Lamb Bao, and the richly flavoured Spiced Hoisin Duck Bao. The experience concludes on a playful note with the Sweet Custard Bao, a fluffy caramelised bao filled with sweet custard, designed to end the meal with warmth and nostalgia.
