Bondada Powers Ahead with ₹816 Crore NTPC Solar Order After Strong FY26 Performance

Hyderabad : Bondada Engineering Limited has received a Notification of Award (NOA) from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited for the execution of Balance of System (BOS) works for a 600 MW Solar PV Project at Fatehgarh, Rajasthan. The order value stands at approximately ₹816 crore.

The project will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) model and includes Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for a period of three years. The scope of work includes design, engineering, site development, manufacturing, supply, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar power project.

This marks the second major order received from the NTPC Group, taking Bondada Engineering’s cumulative order inflow from the group to approximately ₹1,207 crore, with a total cumulative capacity nearing 1 GW.

With this latest addition, the company’s total Solar EPC order book has increased to approximately 5.3 GWp, significantly strengthening execution momentum and medium-term revenue visibility.

The repeat order reflects the strong confidence placed by NTPC Group in Bondada Engineering’s execution capabilities, operational efficiency, and project delivery standards. The company continues to strengthen its position as a key player in India’s renewable energy sector through large-scale solar EPC projects.

The project is scheduled to be executed within 16 months from the receipt of the NOA and is expected to contribute significantly to the company’s revenues and profitability during the execution period.

Recently, Bondada Group announced its financial results for FY 2025–26, reporting total revenue of ₹2,843 crore compared to ₹1,571 crore in FY 2024–25, registering a strong year-on-year growth of 81%. The company also posted a profit of ₹211 crore for FY 2025–26. The robust performance reflects the company’s expanding scale of operations and strengthened presence across the Renewable Energy, Telecom, and Railways sectors.
