The Hood is excited to announce that Ishrat Kaur, a renowned mixologist and Bangalore-based Brand & Beverage Consultant, will be joining the celebrations. The event will feature her top three picks from The Hood’s signature menu.
The evening highlights Ishrat’s personal favorites or Ishrat’s Picks, starting with the Beware the Ginza Tiger, a dark Japanese harmony featuring miso-washed spirits, roasted coffee liqueur, and the unique sweetness of sesame-kokuto sugar syrup. Guests can also enjoy the Olive Thief, a Mediterranean martini with Velvet Vodka with a hint of Olive, garlic and parsley topped with a drizzle of Olive oil and the Mighnight at an Osaka Pickle Bar, where bright apple notes meet the gentle tang of pear pickle with a restrained pour of Gin, finished with Edamame, two distinct selections that showcase the bar’s commitment to bold, inventive profiles.
