Bengaluru: CHA – Hong Kong Eating House at Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru presents ‘Way of the Dragon’, a limited-edition dining experience available from July 10 to August 10, 2026, inspired by Hong Kong’s legendary street food, cinematic heritage, and enduring cultural icons. Paying tribute to the spirit of Hong Kong and the timeless legacy of martial arts legend Bruce Lee, the specially curated menu celebrates a cuisine where bold flavours, refined techniques, and vibrant storytelling come together in every dish.
Inspired by the bustling night markets, neighbourhood cafés, and culinary traditions that define Hong Kong, Way of the Dragon offers a thoughtfully curated selection of dishes that capture the city’s unmistakable energy. The menu reflects the harmony of heritage and innovation, bringing together handcrafted dim sums, comforting broths, street-style favourites, wok-tossed classics, and signature mains that pay homage to one of Asia’s most influential food cultures.
The experience begins with comforting bowls of Buttered Edamame Soup infused with truffle oil and Sea World Soup, followed by handcrafted favourites including Wild Mushroom Dim Sum, Charcoal Chicken Dumplings, Prawns & Chives Dim Sum, Crunchy Avocado Roll, and the indulgent Rainbow Roll. Guests can then savour vibrant street-style plates such as Chilli Garlic Crispy Vegetables, Crispy Chicken in Sweet Chilli Sauce, and Asian Herbs Grilled Fish, before moving on to signature mains including Assorted Vegetables & Cottage Cheese in Chilli Mustard Sauce and Minced Chicken with Basil.
