Guwahati: The Government of India’s mechanism is currently busy in five state assembly elections. But the Indian enemy country, China, has developed a connectivity technology that will be dangerous for India at the earliest. Amid tensions with India, China has announced that the service of Tibet’s first high-speed train will start at the end of June. The train will run from Lhasa to Nyingchi, the capital of Tibet. This place is close to Arunachal Pradesh in India. This was stated by a senior officer by Gajraj Corps of Indian Army Tezpur.

The indian army gajraj corps official said that the construction of the 435 km long high-speed train corridor began in 2014, said Lu Dongfu, chairman of the China State Railway Group Company and deputy of the National People’s Congress, the Chinese parliament, on the sidelines of the ongoing annual session in Parliament. It will be the first electrified railway line of the Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR). Which will connect its two cities. This new high-speed rail connection (is part of an ambitious Plan of China. Under the scheme, China is expanding such connectivity in tar, especially near the border areas of India. Nyingchi is located less than 50 kms from the border of Arunachal Pradesh in India. China claims that the entire Indian state of Arunachal is part of southern Tibet. That is why he is also rapidly developing infrastructure in the far flung areas of Nyingchi.

The rest of the TAR area is also not considered to be more accessible for foreign journalists and diplomats. On the other hand, China has approved the construction of dams in the downstream area of the Brahmaputra River in Tibet near Arunachal Pradesh. China is constructing an important dam on the Brahmaputra River in Tibet. On this, the Indian Army report claims that the construction of the dam by China on the Brahmaputra River could pose a threat to India and there is a threat to India in future. According to an official report of the Indian Army Gajraj Corps, China has planned to build a dam on the world’s tallest river Yarlung Jangbo River (The Tibetan name of the Brahmaputra), which is likely to conflict with India.

China is planning to build a mega-dam on the Yarlung Jangbo River (the Tibetan name of the Brahmaputra), which flows through Tibet and eventually becomes the Brahmaputra River as soon as it enters India. The indian Army Gajraj Corps official has informed that Bangladesh, which has cordial relations with China, has also opposed the dam on the Yarlung Jangbo River (Tibetan name of Brahmaputra). However, both the Brahmaputra and its glaciers feeding the river Ganga come from China. China has a beneficial position in the upstream area and, therefore, can build infrastructure to deliberately prevent the flow of water. China’s dam-building and water division plan along the Brahmaputra (called Yarlung Zangbo in China) is a source of tension between the two neighbors. Not only India, but other countries in South-East Asia are also affected due to lack of consultation with China’s downstream affected neighbours and have sparked controversy with them. A senior official of the Tibetan Communist Party said China should aim to start construction within the year. Meanwhile, there is a high apprehension in India that Chinese projects can disrupt the flow of brahmaputra river and even floods. India has expressed concern to China over four planned dams on upper and middle reach.
