CMCF’s 22nd Annual Student Felicitation Program Honors Resilience, Academic Excellence, and Social Service
MUMBAI: The 22nd Thanksgiving Service and Student Felicitation Program was organized by CMCF to celebrate the academic perseverance of underprivileged students and to honor key community leaders, social workers, and influencers dedicated to social change.
The event featured addresses by eminent guest speakers and community advocates who spoke on contemporary societal challenges. Among the speakers, Rochelle Sequeira and Keith Sequeira shared insightful perspectives on fostering empathy, promoting unity, and overcoming hatred through love.
During the ceremony, student achievers from the 10th and 12th standards were felicitated for securing top marks despite severe personal and financial odds. Educational gifts and merit awards were distributed to all graduating students present to support their future academic endeavors.
In recognition of outstanding community service, advocacy, and social development, special honors were conferred upon key guests and organizers, including Fr. Frazer, Adv. Irfan Engineer, Dolphy D’souza, Naveen Kumar, Pastor Biju Thampi, Sameer Wagle, Shakir Shaikh, and Shabnam Shaikh.
Additionally, as told to our newsman Sachin Murdeshwar the Karuna Puraskar was awarded to Mangala Prakash and Shailesh Kasbe.
The program featured a short address by event organizer Pastor D. D. Tribhuvan, who also concluded the gathering with a vote of thanks, expressing sincere gratitude to all supporters, and attendees.
