Early trends: BJP leading in West Bengal, Assam and Puducherry, Congress in Keralam, DMK in Tamil Nadu
Trends have started coming in from all four states which went to the polls.
The ruling BJP has taken an early lead in Assam. The Party is leading in 32 seats of the 45 constituencies for which trends are available. Congress is leading in 06 seats, AGP in 05 seats, and others are leading in 02 seats.
In West Bengal BJP has taken in early lead in 43 seats out of the 62 constituencies for which trends are available. Ruling Trinamol Congress is leading in 17 seats while Congress is in the lead in 02 constituencies.
The first trends have started coming in from Puducherry. BJP is leading in 01 seat for which trend is available
In Keralam trends are available for 34 seats. Congress has taken early lead in 12 constituencies, State’s ruling CPM in 07 seats, and its allies CPI 02 seats , RSP 01. Kerala Congress is leading in 03, BJP in 02 seats while Kerala Congress (J) is leading in 01 seat.
In Tamil Nadu trends are available for 28 seats; ruling DMK is leading in 12 while TVK leading in 08 and AIADMK is leading in 06 seats. Congress is leading in 02 and Others in 01 constituency.
