Mumbai : Electromech Infraprojects Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), dated September 23, 2026, for its proposed initial public offering (IPO), marking a step towards accessing the capital markets.

The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹326 crore and an offer for sale of up to 18,91,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders. The shares have a face value of ₹5 each.

Electromech Infraprojects provides mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) solutions across data centres, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and commercial and industrial projects. Its capabilities span technical design, engineering, procurement, project execution, testing and commissioning.

As of March 31, 2026, the company had an order book of ₹829.72 crore across 45 ongoing projects. The DRHP also identifies a 48 MW data-centre project in Telangana, with an order book value of ₹501 crore, exclusive of GST, as one of its larger ongoing assignments.

Varun Maniar, Managing Director, Electromech Infraprojects Limited, said, “Filing the DRHP is an important step for Electromech Infraprojects as we continue to build our capabilities across data centres and other mission-critical infrastructure. Our focus remains on strengthening our engineering and execution capabilities and delivering integrated solutions for increasingly complex infrastructure projects. We believe our experience across projects and our focus on execution will remain important as we work towards the company’s next phase of growth.”

The company’s execution model incorporates integrated procurement, engineering and quality control, supported by project-management systems such as Building Information Modelling (BIM).
