Mumbai: International Medical Sciences Academy (IMSA), Terna Medical College and Terna Specialty Hospital and Research Center organized the 39th Annual Medical Conference (IMSACON) in a spacious auditorium at Terna Knowledge City in Nerul. The conference was attended by surgeons, medical examination specialists, professors of medical hospitals and officers from social organizations from private and government hospitals from Jammu and Kashmir to Tamil Nadu. This medical conference was guided by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in Glasgow, Scotland. Medical experts from this college interacted with doctors in this conference through the internet. Since its inception nearly three decades ago, the academy has come a long way in fulfilling its original objectives. The aim was to promote continuing medical education and to encourage the exchange of facts and ideas on how to deal with various disorders involving patients internationally. Various international and national medical faculties participated in this educational banquet and presented their vast experience to the audience. The conference was organized on the premise that medical knowledge is immeasurable and when presented to medical experts, that knowledge is used to save the patient.”
