Bringing together the rich culinary traditions of the southern coast, the experience showcases distinctive interpretations from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka – offering a menu crafted by the chefs led by Vikas Milhoutra, Executive Chef, that is both rooted in authenticity and designed for indulgent, diner-friendly dining. Available a la carte for both lunch and dinner, it is a tribute to the simple yet soulful flavours that define South Indian home kitchens.

At the heart of the menu are delicate, lacy appams paired with a range of fragrant, slow-cooked stews. Guests can begin with the classic Palappam served alongside a comforting Kerala Vegetable Ishtu, or explore regional variations like Ragi Idiyappam with Mangalore Chicken Stew and Kallappam complemented by a robust Tamil Nadu-style Mutton Elumbu Stew. For those seeking a touch of sweetness, the Wheat Appam with Sweet Coconut Milk and Banana offers a nostalgic finish, while Stuffed Appams filled with spiced egg or paneer add a contemporary twist to the spread.

The experience extends into a selection of deeply satisfying coastal stews and curries, including the Prawn Moilee, the peppery Kozhi Kurumulagu Stew, the delicious Kadala Curry, the tangy Meen Manga Curry, and a wholesome Chana-Coconut Stew.
