Health Is True Independence: An Independence Day Series by 750AD Healthcare

New Delhi: 750AD Healthcare celebrated Independence in a unique way by focusing on spreading awareness about the importance of health- Physical, Mental & Personal, through its campaign- ‘Good Health is True Independence: An Independence Day Series’. This week-long campaign focused on conversations through series of lives & interviews around overall wellbeing, and the importance of hospital/doctor reviews via healthcare professionals, Pharmacists, Nutritionists, Art of Living Experts and Patients, Bloggers & Entrepreneurs.

Speaking on the reason for starting this campaign, Shabnum Khan, Founder 750AD Healthcare said, “We want to focus on the need of Good Health and Healthcare infrastructure in the country that would eventually result in a truly independent India. The discussions through these campaigns focussed around spreading awareness about various healthcare problems, physical and emotional transformation, and finding solutions for the same. We have had exclusive interviews & Lives with over 20 eminent and award-winning panellists who helped spreading awareness both via Transformative and through social media.”

On the occasion of Independence Day, the brand opened with a Live “The Right Techniques of Yoga” by Prateek Verma and Heeru from Art of Living. This engaging session helped viewers to learn tips of doing Yoga and showed some very basic and important Yoga Asanas.

Post the warming up, the brand introduced a serious discussion on the situation of healthcare in India, and how it differs from other parts of the world, the setbacks and so, with Dr.Manjoy Kaur (MBBS), Arti Sehrawat (Pursuing MBBS, in Ukraine), Abhishek Ghosh (Nutritionist) and Tanya Negi (Brand Ambassador, 750ad). The panelists highlighted issues like, the poor administration in Healthcare, excessive fees for a medical student, Weight Loss Tips and a debate around Hospital and Doctor Reviews, just to name a few. Dr. Manjyot shared her thoughts around doctors being devoid of basic facilities like masks and PPE kits. She added, ‘In the current times we are expected to work for over 14 hours and still are not given basic necessities like mask. While we can buy them ourselves, but this shows the doctor care who are working on Frontline.’ The session ended with some healthcare tips for the viewers.

And lastly, an off-beat Men’s Only Panelist Live discussion was conducted on ‘Freedom of a Different Kind’ discussing the physical, emotional, personal and financial transformation journey of various professionals during the pandemic. Entrepreneurs Dr. Saurav Das, Anand M. Talari and Amit Vasistha, Film Festival Curator Santanu Ganguly, Travel Bloggers & Digital geeks Hrish Thora and G. Nivedith were a part of this diversified panel discussion. The session highlighted why it is important for men to come out of macho image and let go the achiever mindset, and take health and mental wellness as their utmost priority.

This week long campaign began on 9 August with an opening session on Facebook Live with Former Miss Uttarakhand and 750AD’S Regional Brand Ambassador Tanya Negi and renowned anchor Amisha Gupta. The session discussed about 750AD being a platform for everyone to come forward to share their views on healthcare and what is the importance of reviewing hospitals and doctors.

The brand tried to touch the ground reality by speaking to people through interviews which were uploaded on the brand’s official YouTube page. VJ, Film Reviewer and Voice Over Artist- Megha Joshi who shared her experiences of hospitals and treatments and pledged to share her reviews on 750ad.in. Additionally, Sukndev Luthra, a pharmacist with over 35 years of experience shared insights about generic and ethical medicines and how can one buy affordable medicines.
