Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 is pleased to announce the appointment of Rishabh Jain as its new General Manager. With over 21 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, he brings a strong blend of operational expertise, sales leadership and strategic insight to his new role.
Prior to this appointment, Rishabh served as Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur where he played a pivotal role during the hotel’s pre-opening phase followed by successfully steering its growth over the past three years.
In his new capacity at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, driving financial performance, building high-performing teams, enhancing the hotel’s market positioning and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Rishabh previously worked with IHG Hotels & Resorts for approximately six years across multiple cities where he held key operational and leadership roles, contributing significantly to business growth and team development. Over the course of his career, he has also been associated with renowned hospitality brands including Taj Hotels, Marriott International and The Lalit further strengthening his industry expertise.
Rishabh is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, commitment to service excellence and ability to consistently deliver strong business results while fostering a positive work culture. He has a proven track record in hotel pre-openings, business ramp-ups and post-pandemic recovery strategies along with deep expertise in revenue management, budgeting and sales operations.
Academically, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai and a Bachelor of Hotel & Tourism Management from Vivekanand Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management, Rajkot.
Beyond his professional achievements, Rishabh is passionate about reading, staying updated with emerging industry trends and focusing on mental well-being.
