ICUC 2.0 to feature Norway Consul General in India Monica Nagelgaard, Dia Mirza and Leading Environmental Changemakers on 14th September
Mumbai,: The second edition of the India Clean-Up Confluence (ICUC) 2.0, co-created by Carter CleanUp and Greenmyna, will be held on Sunday, 14th September 2025 at IFBE, Ballard Estate, Mumbai.
Positioned as India’s first national platform for clean-up movements and scalable environmental action, ICUC unites grassroots leaders, corporates, policymakers, sustainability experts, and citizen volunteers. This year’s theme is “From Ripples to Waves: Mobilizing Citizens, Corporates and Clean-Up Movements Together for Scalable Impact.”
Building on the success of its inaugural edition in 2024, which engaged 200+ delegates, 50+ organizations, and reached over 300,000 people, ICUC 2.0 aims to create an even stronger momentum for collective climate action and waste management solutions.
The one-day event will feature participation from prominent voices including Monica Nagelgaard (Consul General of Norway in India), Dia Mirza (UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador & Founder, One India Stories LLP), Bittu Sahgal, Kartick Satyanarayan, Himay Shah, Prasiddhi Singh, Pradeep Sangwan, Malhar Kalambe, Jimmy Mistry, Lazar Jankovic and others.
A key highlight will be the ICUC Changemaker Awards, recognizing grassroots leaders from across India and felicitating BMC Safai Karamcharis for their tireless contribution to keeping Mumbai clean. The program will also include panel discussions, a fire-side chat, a film screening, and cultural performances.
ICUC 2.0 aims to build momentum for collective action on sustainability by amplifying grassroots voices and fostering collaboration between communities, corporates, and policymakers.
