GUWAHATI : Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday inaugurated 43 bridges across seven border states and union territories through video conferencing and laid the foundation of an important tunnel in Arunachal Pradesh. Defense spokesman, Lt. Col. Harsh Vardhan Pandey said that in this episode, today is an important day for the Indian Army and the Government of India. Because Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has inaugurated a total of 43 bridges along the borders with China today.Of these, 7 bridges have been inaugurated in Ladakh, 10 in Jammu and Kashmir, 2 in Himachal Pradesh, 4 in Punjab, 8 in Arunachal Pradesh, 8 in Uttarakhand and 4 in Sikkim. Explain that all these bridges have been constructed by Border Roads Organization (BRO).

Pandey said that Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has laid the foundation of Nechifu tunnel in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh today. The tunnel extended 448 km north-west from the state capital Itanagar and the border of Tawang to China. It has also been constructed by BRO. This tunnel makes it easy for the army to go to the border. Out of a total of 43 bridges, about 22 bridges are directly connected to the China border. They have great importance in terms of military movements, vehicles and weapons.Let me tell that for the last five months, tension has been going on with China on the Arunachal Pradesh and India-China Ladakh border. In such a situation, India is trying to strengthen its borders.

Today is very important in this episode. Logistics or deployment of Indian Army has also been ensured. Mention here that out of the 43 bridges inaugurated by the Defense Minister today, 22 bridges have direct connection with the Indian Army, as Indian Army personnel, artillery, logistics are sent to them through these routes. If a neighboring country like China belongs to India and Pakistan has a nefarious government on the other side, then it is very important for the Indian Army and the government to pay attention to these fundamentals. On the other hand, China has since the Doklam standoff of 2017 the Line of Actual Control (LAC ) Has started construction of at least 13 completely new military bases, including three air installations, five permanent air defense bases and five heliports. The report also said that the construction of four new heliports began in May following the recent standoff in eastern Ladakh. The Indian Army official said, “The Doklam standoff of 2017 has changed China’s strategic objectives and the last three Over the years the number of its air installations, air defense bases and heliports along the Indian border has doubled. ” This report, written by security expert Sim Tac, was released on Tuesday.

It added that a future military-building operation by China would create long-term regional tensions with India. It is important to mention that there has been constant tension along the Indo-China border for the past several months. China is constantly trying to infiltrate the Indian border and provoke Indian troops. But India failed China’s plans. But Indian Army personnel are also adept at handling the situation in a peaceful manner and status quo. By the way, China is waking up with building infrastructure near the border. China does not want the Indian government to build a road, bridge or airstrip near the Indo-China border. Because China fears that if China plans to take any military action against India again, the Indian Army will easily move from place to place and thwart Chinese plans.
