The experience begins with artisanal breads, premium cheeses, and classic antipasti, setting the tone for an evening rooted in Italian tradition. Highlights include the Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinaci, delicately finished with butter and sage, and the Risotto Alla Pescatora, where Carnaroli rice is enriched with seafood bisque, prawns, calamari, and fresh fish.
