The newly launched 1,065 square feet Homes studio in Hyderabad will serve as a one-stop destination for all the home construction requirements for customers planning to build their own house. The studio has been divided into four parts “Educate, Evaluate, Curate, Recommend” to address the needs of customers across the various stages of decision making. The studio’s unique Educate section showcases a deconstructed home through multiple installations to the to help customers visualize their dream home. The studio offers complete transparency in the construction materials being used for building the homes. This makes JSW One Home Studio an ideal place to turn the dream of a home into reality.
Hyderabad’s residential real estate market is a mixed bag of apartments, villas, and independent houses. However, there has been a shift in the home buying behavior as more and more customers are now looking for independent homes away from the densely populated areas. This provides JSW One Homes an opportunity to capitalize on the demand and target a gross GMV of Rs 300 crores from Hyderabad over the next 5 years.
