Bangaluru: In Karnataka, the number of Covid 19 cases has reached 5,82,458 in which 1,04,048 are active and 4,69,750 have recovered. The state has recorded the recovery rate of 80.6 percent and fatality rate of 1.5 percent.
There are 14 districts in the state that have a reduced positivity rate, seven districts have sustained levels and nine districts have a positivity rate at the higher level. The Research officer in Health and Family department Mohammad Sharief has said that efforts are on to increase testing in the state.
