Krishna’s Herbal & Ayurveda, a pioneer in manufacturing of Ayurvedic preservative-free natural products, has announced a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. The new plant, built over an area of nearly 6000 square meter, comes up in Anganwa area of Jodhpur and is expected to double the production capacity for Krishna’s, which already has another operational manufacturing facility in the city, taking the overall daily production capacity to around 40,000 litres. The new manufacturing unit boasts cutting-edge technology and advanced machineries that would primarily produce the existing portfolio of juices and medicines.

Shrawan Daga, Founder and CEO of Krishna’s Herbal & Ayurveda spoke about the latest development, “We have always been committed to making Ayurveda a household name in India and provide consumers with goodness of it in the most unadulterated form. While the tie ups with organic farmers ensured that we have the best ingredients, an ultra-modern manufacturing facility makes sure that we can control the quality of the final product, which needs to be superlative. Here at the same time, we make sure that everything that is made is authentic and completely follow the ancient ayurvedic methods. Here we are expecting to double our production, which will ultimately increase the revenue by nearly 100% to cross the three-digit mark by the end of 2025.”

At the new facility, the special focus will be on having automated manufacturing machinery, to further propel the company’s mission to usher in an era of ayurvedic and herbal products, prepared according to authentic Ayurvedic process. Krishna’s Herbal & Ayurveda also produces a range of juices with natural and ayurvedic ingredients like Diabic Care for Diabetes patients, BP Care Juice, Liver Re-Live, aloe vera, amla and many more. Processes have always been sacrosanct for Krishna and it is manifested in an example that instead of mass producing chyawanprash, they produce it in small batches in pans. Likewise, to ensure the efficacy of aloevera, it is to pulped within 4 hours instead of letting it stagnate for hours, and then used to produce haircare and skincare products..

The new production facility will be a further step in this direction, and is expected to create hundreds of new job opportunities. Krishna’s Herbal & Ayurveda is currently present across almost all the states and Union Territories of the country. In addition to it, the company also exports its nature-oriented products globally. During the second wave of Covid, which proved to be a major game changer for the brand, the company brought on board actor & humanitarian Sonu Sood as its brand ambassador.
